Turbo Quattro

After conversing a 3gp from us to eu it won't run jukebox, keeps showing "loading medium or device, please wait", but nothing happens even after an hour or two. I can't choose any source as well as it keeps throwing the same message. Can this be sorted somehow?

Yes, I've tried that, but did not help. Is there any option in green menu to delete jukebox partition?
