Looking for TTS audio files converter/player

Hello,
I'm trying to adapt TTS files from Harman Becker to another Harman Becker without TTS in my language - do know how import ANS files in to for example Audacity? I tried import as "raw data": encoding: Signed 16-bit PCM, Byte order: Little-endian, Channels: mono, Sample rate: 22500 (this information can be found in general info about TTS) - but no succesm hear only noise. Can somebody help me with this problem?
