Turbo Quattro

I want to change my LTE module from an US-Version to an EU-Version in an MIB2 unit from an Audi 4G. I tried to install a LTE module froma n Audi TT MIB2 unit, but the module isn´t working correctly. Is there anything additional I have to do to get the module working?
