Upgraiding the software inside Audi Concert Radio

Did someone knows is there a software upgrade forAudiConcert (not navigation).
One of my friend bought the new a4 with this type ofsound systemin it, it have tha same screen as the navigation (color) and have a slot for an sd card.There is a problem with the recodnition of biger than 4gb cards and i want to ugrade it if it is possible.
