MMi 3G Basic mainboard exchange.

Hello every one.
I've broken MMi 3G unit. Mainboard is dead.
If I give a new motherboard and memory 24C64 from the old to new, it will work ?. Do not turn on protection.

Use vag can pro, or engineering firmware, or patched mmi3gapp.

Motherboard must be new..I bought used unit and my question.

just replace the memory 24C64 from the old to the new , and that there was no protection component if I put in the car ?
