mkefs for efs-persist

I have a host, in the mnt directory there is no " efs-persist " cannot be reproduced via copy.

I hope you help me, just copied from another host " efs-persist ", and then use the command " mkefs " It is compiled, the final " flashit " to the corresponding address.

I wouldn't use " mkefs " command
