no sound from B&O after uprading 3G Low to 3G+

Hello,
I've swapped MMI 3G Low to MMI 3G+ in 2013 A4 B8. After removing CP I've got sound from radio, navi, phone but no sound from media. MMI 3GP was from car without B&O and I suspect I need to change some coding for 5F component but I've no idea what exactly. Any hint?

Well to clarify - we are talking about 3GP units ??

You changed 3GP Low (no HDD) to 3GP High (HDD) - right ?

Did you swap the control units in the middle of the car too ?
3GP Low has no Joystick button ?!?

Yup, I used to have 3g low (no hdd, no joy) and I swapped it to 3GP unit with Sim slot. I also changed control panel and screen. Everything works fine beside sound in media. I've got Google maps, radio, navi, phone etc.

Is there any setting in 3GP one need to change/update after installing B&O? Because I think I'm missing that.
