this is solution to the problem with Google Earth stopped on all MMI systems as of December 2020.
It is not about how to enable it on units w/o data connection.

mhi2q - update to lastest sotware for get "satelite look over google earth",
audi connect subscription ended - disable remote_HMI in 5F

mhi2q - update to latest software for get "satelite look over google earth" - do that and forget about google any more.
Expired audi connect - remote_HMI does not work on MHI2Q with latest software but you can try as hard as you want.
