Have a MIB retrofitted but Traffic online, Google Destinations and Carplay do not work.

Hi!

I have an US Audi A3 2016 with EU firmware on it. SW: mhig_eu_au_k1549
I have a working NAV with Google Maps and Online Google Destinations, Audi connect with basic services like fuel prices, parking finder, city events, etc. I've also connected the car with the myAudi profile, but basically it only allows me to send GPS coordinates to the car. I can't download maps and other things.
What I'm missing really is the online traffic. I can see it in the NAV settings, but when I try to check the licence status it says: "this query can't be done at the moment" or something similar.
What do you think can it be activated somehow? If you need I can send pictures and other infos in PM.

UPD:
Remote Delphi VW units (3Q0) activation is possible (you need D-Link DUB-E100 and VCP), also Delphi VW region conversion. ANY gateway (not only 5G0).
