Read, modify eeprom from 8r0920981n Audi Q5 J285 dash

As I changed face dials in my USA 2016 q5 to have kph instead of mph from eu version it occurred that curve of speed and speed markings are different on USA cluster. I found that some part of eeprom must be changed to modify speed arrow position on scale. How to read, modify and write eeprom back to cluster. Is this possible with vagcanpro or must use other cable?
