take EmergencyUpdate.esd, EmergencyUpdateAYes.esd and EmergencyUpdateBNo.esd from 767 firmware and copy them into /mnt/efs-system/engdefs/.
I have prepared a script but i don't have 3GP in hand to test it
Basically here it is
