MMi upgrade 3G high => 3GP

Hi,

We just tried to upgrade the existing MMi 3G High on the car of a friend (Audi Q5) to MMi 3GP.

So we change existing stuffs by these ones:

Head unit 8R1 035 666
MMi Console 8T0 919 611 C

Everything was working but we lastly try to update the firmware to 8R0 906 961 DH (K0767) and now no more sound in the car.What could the the problem??

Try to switch on the engine.
If the problem is nor solved it means that you have to remove some cp from your audi dealer.
When you replaced the unit did you remove the cp?

no we did not remove any CP (as just Audi dealer can do this....really?? does not exist any cable or interfaces to do it by ourself??!!)

But why sound was working before upgrading to K0767 and no more now?!
