MMI 3G problem - no boot and no image

hi guys, I have a mmi 3g unit that refuses to boot and there's no image even when trying to boot emergency. I don't know the history of it but I want to get it working. IPL is ok but unit don't see hdd or sd card either when trying normal or emergency boot. I tried to write flash (desoldered and soldered back) from another working unit and it's the same. I've seen some guys with same problem in a few posts here but none of them replied if they managed to find the problem. I attach log here. any help is appreciated.

- hdd is ok checked in pc
- unit takes cd, spin it and ejects it using eject button
- console works (I can reset unit from console)
