I don’t understand U - if U have patched files why don’t do reverse engineering and get solution ?
Because patched files have somesort of CRC in FF FF area. Last time I tried, this resulted in Blue Screen which was restored with original SW.
I can even teach you basics. All you need to know about Delphi and not only.
Why U don’t try to reverse which checksum system was used?
CRC checksum for what, feature activation? That's not needed!
Slay the original SWaP and launch your patched SWaP from sdcard and that's it.
Reboot the unit and you're done!
At least I'm doing it this way and never had any problem...
Today after many months I tried again.
I unpacked delphibin.ifs and did needed modifications to SWaP region and repacked.
Everything works OK for 5Min(Incl. AppConnect, Maps etc....), then reboots into Blue Emergency Mode and starts recovering. I don't see what I've done wrong.
With restart I'm able to use again 5min then EFU and so on....so on.....
Any hint will be appreciated!
P0879 has disabled telnet. How did you copy the modified delphibin.ifs into the unit?
@magna:
As I wrote before - don't touch the original files, it's not necessary! Activation can be made very easily, just run the SWaP from SD card. Delete the *.fec files from all of the subdirs in /persistence/SWaP, then slay original SWaP, then copy your modified FEC file to /persistence/SWaP/pg directory and then run your patched SWaP in console from sd card. Let it run for 3-5 seconds, then press CTRL+Z, then reboot the unit using shutdown -S reboot.
After the reboot your unit will have enabled all the codes from your FEC file and the watchdog won't be triggered, as the system files were not modified.
What is the command to run the patch swap
how enable telnet in version 05XX ??
