MMI 3GP MU9411 Bootproblems

Unit suddenly is dead and will stay rebooting IPL over and over


Unit shows this :

BTW, 2x BGA have allready been renewed, same issue .

Also I think your unit was originally 3G but flashed with 3G+ firmware.

The RAM Memory is not available as simaservice1108 shows, thats the reason for rebooting IPL in loop. Known reaction in those cases.

Iy you correct renewed the the right DRAM chips, there cought be something with a defectiv MCU.

The Header talking about MMI3G - MU 9308 with copyright note from 2008 is normal for the first MU 9411 units...
