No it is not possible to activate unit with Odis online. Like explained, some inof is missing so proces is not complete.

You can not "flash" it to just any firmware as these units are based on platforms and have different settings ...

By some mistake unit is wrong variant, its TNL and should be TNSL. Green menu can not be activated and now diagnosis is not possible anymore making it impossible to activate green menu for changing variant of unit.
