Looks like the Audi connect activation is based on vin specification.
car produced in China with Chinese vin can't get audi connect activated.

I use green menu to activated the online service

If I choose "NAD activation" enable, I will get AUDI connect on menu and online destination as well, but bluetooth will be gone and just shows"please wait"

If I take out the "NAD activation" then I got bluetooth working but no audi connect and ...
