no we did not remove any CP (as just Audi dealer can do this....really?? does not exist any cable or interfaces to do it by ourself??!!)

But why sound was working before upgrading to K0767 and no more now?!

We just tried to upgrade the existing MMi 3G High on the car of a friend (Audi Q5) to MMi 3GP.

So we change existing stuffs by these ones:

Head unit 8R1 035 666
MMi Console 8T0 919 611 C

Everything was working but we lastly try to update the firmware to 8R0 906 961 DH (K0767) and now no ...

Problem solved!
I was able to update to K0257 without problem...I simply use the K0257 Software update for variant 9303/9304 instead of 9307/9308 which create the issue mentionned
