If I remember well if you retrofit MMI 3G plus in a car, to be able to use drive select you should install also the new version of 09 and new button.
If you don't do that you only can use individual choise for drive select

It was a temporary error because when I installed the ADS I forgot to check a bit in the 09.
When I checked it the error went away and today there is no trace of it.
