Can I flash my rcc_fs0 backup to rcc chip via telnet?

Because right now my rcc doesn't contain persistence folder or fecs I forced to install EU firmware to US unit. (Delphi Audi MHS2)

What should be the correct command via telnet for rcc_fs0 flashing from backup?

update: I think this command should be dd if=..../path_to_sd/app.img seek=64 of=/dev/mnand0

Open app.img file and paste partiontable header from 0x0 to 0x7fff. Then put it to mnand0.

dd if=..../path_to_sd/app(with header).img of=/dev/mnand0


or

dd if=..../path_to_sd/app.img skip 64 of=/dev/mnand0

Unfortunately I don't know. I was used their units. Units was with CP error, but sound was not muted, also unit had Golf VIN on all of them, I think APG - is software solution with custom GEM (with disable/enable diagnostic option)

You can not write full flash due reboot, but first part of mmx dump have Emergency tool. Due the Emergency tool you can write whole flash.

I have full time access to emergency by Uart but i dont know telnet ...

Info: for Mib1, after login in emergency mode you must execute "slay -9 MIBEmergency" and it stop reboot and counter.

I need to recovery eifs.img from backup, I can not access to green menu but I can access to IPL emergency mode with serial ttl port and harman_f pass.
It is possible to flashit eifs.img from emergency mode? and How to?
