Best is to have your original FecContainer and this update will add all needed FECs, coding and error fixes ...

So I managed to update S0034 to P3634->K3663 and after fixing the SVM error two errors still remain.
I successfully patched MIBroot and edited the FEC container and CarPlay is working. Also changed the mapcare FEC so I could update to the latest 2020 maps. All FECs register as legal.
