verify the HW variant on the main unit ID label to identify correctly

ive check that at the first . i already get that car with "wrong software version" falaut and already updated to 900 for a7 and 770 to, maybe someone change the unit and it's from q5 q4 ?

It seems to be the wrong SW Version. The K0900 is available for the Q3/A6/A7/A8, and for the A4/A5 and for the A1. All versions are 0900.
Look with an editor in the content of the file "metainfo2.txt" There must be the first version entry names as follows:

Hi guys i have big problem with my wifes a7 2012. the mmi unit keep restarts him self after 5-7 minutues , after reboot need to wait long time to show "setup mmi" and language etc. sometimes it's restart before fully booted. i buy that car few days ago , i think someone did update to this cars cuz the BOSE souds like crap , and i have this error over and over.

what if done:

-Updated from (factory or not , propbly not) k0285 to 900
-updated map

and evryhing was ok for 1 day and still the same , unit cant get fully booted or get 1 on 10 boot.

after updated software evryhing ok for 1 day. and same

maybe only AUDI dealer ONLINE updated to factory ?
