I took apart multiple vc clusters, swapped the nvidia boards, corrupted the eprom checksum, investigated the MCU Secure Hardware Extension (SHE) Chip MB9DF125E which fujitsu says is impossible to modify as it has multiple layers of security... see link

I even though of flashing the frf update to another firmware and back in an attempt to reset it but I'm interested in hearing how you did it? and I'm not asking for the total solution, just a minor example of the method used.
