Здравствуйте ,есть похожий аппарат только PQ ,выключается после 10 сек. ,изображения нету ,подскажите какая проблема по питанию была ?

Any updates on BDM?
Looks like Dat0 and Dat1 is very difficult to access using BDM.
Mine doesn't even show up as read-only or with read errors.

You have this problem with all units or just one? I had that situation when there was bad solder on eMMC to the board. EmmcRaw tool see eMMC, see partition structure but when trying to reed data got errot "can't access memory" or something similar. Doing BGA reball solved read issue.

Unfortunately, all of the offered help in private messages was "I sell you complete solution for XXXX euro". In the end it turned out that neither of these people have experience with emmc reading, they just sell the same Polish solution floating around... I haven't bought any solution, what I know I got learned by myself. I'm a car electronics fan, I do it for myself, as a hobby for fun and not for business.

@Simaservis1108 if your answer was for me, then that's wrong answer. I get the same error with different units which work without any issue. So the problem is somewhere else but I can't figure it out where. I just need a little help of anybody, who has experience.

What do you mean with simple SD card reader? Can you recommend a working one?
I don't understand the read errors, these appear totally random. So I have no idea what's wrong. I tried to supply +3.3v from an external power supply and this is not the case.

Could anybody help with Technisat ZR EMMC pinout?
I have it connected like this:

Board DAT0 = Card reader pin 7
Board +3.3V = Card reader pin 4
Board GND = Card reader pin 3 and 6
Board CMD = Card reader pin 2
Board CLK = Card reader pin 5

I see the drive in Disk management, although it's marked as readonly.
When I start reading the drive with HDDRawCopy or EMMCRawToolkit, after few seconds I get this error (log from HDDRawCopy):

I tried to measure the +3.3V and GND, it's giving 3.3V. I tried several card readers, it's the same, although the first error I get is sooner or later. I tried to read the whole eMMC (4MB), it took about 40 minutes and I've got about 70 errors total.

I tried also connect the rest of the DAT1, 2, 3, but this didn't help - the result was the card reader was complaining that no card is in the reader.

I think something is wrong, but I can't figure out, what! Could anybody help please?

Вообщем, у меня на машине изначально был mib1 самый первый, в котором даже блютус нет, подвернулся mib2.
Я его засунул, снял CP, ну и само собой блютус не работает, так как свап для него не активирован. Хочу получить доступ и попробовать по аналогии с mib2 high активировать

Emmc не читал, не знаю куда подключаться. Мне пррсто дали наводки,
либо платное решение, что-то около 600 евро,
либо если с нави, то через обновление poi можно скриптами подправить, но у меня без,
либо читать emmc дописывать и заливать обратно

И Вам сказали (дали) какую строку и что в ней надо менять? Вы читали ЕММС? в моем случае ЕММС была 8 гиг..
п.с "иглы специальные" - это точно не BDM))

Хочу подключиться к ней, используя telnet соединение через dlink e100, или uart соединение, если возможно. По умолчанию оболочка отключена, сказали для активации нужно прочитать emmc, добавить туда одну строчку для активации, тогда будет работать соединение. BDM, в смысле иглы специальные для подключения к контактам, чтобы не выпаивать плату.

BDM??? распиновка ЕММС есть в даташите... не понял что Вы хотели сказать))
