thank you for your response. i have no idea, what happened to this unit, my customer comes to my shop with a non working system. to save time i have installed an used mmi unit in his car, but for me to learn i want to get this unit running again.

first to arrive here what you have try it to do??

i have a MMI 3G wich will not boot. since this is all new for me i do not understand what to do.

it just stops at multicor and then nothing happens. i already tried loading new software in emergency mode, all went fine without errors but still same problem.
