same problem - error 150

- executed various attempts on a manual, but after start of MMI3G EmApp - MMI flashing from the SD card, there passes stage 6\8, is overloaded also in the nomalny mode to install files and have an error 150
- tried to erase areas through IPL, the same result - except 942 firmwares on SD cards does not pick up anything - no any other version of software
- in the terminal having connected on a manual to MMI - there is attempt to the hard drive repeating indefinitely (as I understood, but can I am mistaken) - maybe tries to write CombiStyles ECE - I will not understand (((
- changed HDD (having registered an image from 8 sections from Q7 - take from forum - tested people who replace all everything is OK) in hope that the file system can it is destroyed or the drive died - error 150 too

Meanwhile MMI is included into IPL - but I do not know a kaka still actions to take, commands, can format zones in which information from 942 lies and to roll other firmware...\

Connection are good, can my computer dontd connect to IPL ? At the beginning I put switch on IPL, I press Reboot, and turn IPL switch to normal

If I do flashit -a 4000 -e 1000 ? I dont do that but if..

If I need JTAG, how much cost this ? And can I do that ? Because, IPL dontd work now, I hear the HDD working, I hear sound, but nothing..

I dont understand why IPL dont run.. I do notwithstanding I said..
JTAG is complicated ?

I'm going to see if connection are good, i testing now connection

OK, with this command, you have killed the emergency app, located from 1c0000 to 67ffff.

But the IPL must run, if you startup with the IPL bridge at the beginning... if not, the JTAG is the only option you have.

I forgot to to tell you, after reboot I see lot of command as "queuegetwriteptrext .."

But MMi screen dont come, I reboot it and do this

Flashit -a 40000 -e 1000

I copy the wrong command I dont see.. I would paste your command for retry but I do wrong comand

The IPL located at adress "0" of the flash area is the first initial application the system starts up.

With the a.m. flashit command you only erased the header of the wrong ifs image which starts much higher at 780000.

The IPL must allways work as before. Without a working IPL you have no chance to start up the unit and do anything.

Try to disconnect the HDD. Maybe there is a short circuit on the bus structure or something else.

Check the connection of the terminal for sure!

If all this things don´t fix your IPL, you only have the possibilty to reflash IPL via JTAG flash. But this is another story...

If I reboot, no more, no green EMG IFS no, MMi screen dont come.

Now i do IPL, (turn IPL , reboot, turn normal) and nothing juste a green rectanlge no =>

Whats about the IPL mode? Can you access into IPL via the short connector methode?

The IPL shuold work all time. And from IPL the EMG IFS must be usable...

Are you sure, you start EMG-IFS as my named commands in IPL and what happened after boot the emg-ifs from 1c0000???

now terminal don't work, can't access to MMI
There is no =>

I hear the speaker turning on..
I hear some sound its working but no => in terminal..

In terminal, there is only a green rectangle.

I'm so disappointed

Try the following steps:

!! Attention !! SD Card with K0942 FW must be inserted!

Enter IPL Mode:

boot 1c0000

echo dummy > /HBpersistence/DeveloperMode

flashit -a 780000 -e 1000

reboot the unit

EMG update should start succesfull to rebuilt the flash images ...

Cause the HDD problems:
Delete Nav Partition by using the adaption value in APK 9 from 0 to 1 and reboot

reinstall maps

How can I erase header ?
And a little question, when I am woth SW K0942, i update the map 6.26.1 after 2 min, MMi reboot constantly.
For stop this, I remove map from HDD and MMi stop reboot.
I do another update with the same map, but I removed the HDD map partition, and I have error 150 when update.
Have you got an idea ?
