3G first generation firmware (9301)

I have some MMI but i cannot find the right firmware for this unit. Has any one the right firmware for this unit.
Part number: 4E0 035 642C, 9301 D1 09431A (MMI 3G, no HDD, No SD card reader)

When i try to start emergency mode, i can see the unit is 9301 (mmi 3g), but unit is not accepting any 3G firmwares.
