Upgraiding the software inside Audi Concert Radio

Did someone knows is there a software upgrade for Audi Concert (not navigation).
One of my friend bought the new a4 with this type of sound system in it, it have tha same screen as the navigation (color) and have a slot for an sd card.There is a problem with the recodnition of biger than 4gb cards and i want to ugrade it if it is possible.
