Нет. Но тут есть умельцы, которые с удовольствием вам помогут даже с убитым ipl. UART вам уже не поможет.
И что самое интересное, кряк с таким "активатором" ожидаем был. Неужели вы думали, что получив на халяву чужой труд вы не попадётесь в ловушку со скриптами, убивающими голову?
Скажу сразу - не я) Ещё в 2013 году помнится я орал в одной из тем, когда под видом активатора подсовывали команды, очищающие заголовки образов файловых систем во флэше.

Проблема с подключением по юарт было куплено 3 варианта адаптеров все пишут черт знаешь что. Настройки терминала правильные
